Responsibilities

As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the commissioning of all rotary and static equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Leading the commissioning of process plants, air compressors, HVAC systems, DAW plants, wastewater treatment plants, STP, ZLD systems, electrical substations, electrical panels, transformers, dry type transformers, switchgear, and fire-fighting equipment.
• Ensuring the detailed execution of equipment maintenance and the commissioning of ASRS and utilities.
• Implementing strict safety precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to efficiently implement project plans.
• Coordinating with various departments to determine project requirements and deliverables.
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15 to 20 years of proven experience in commissioning and maintenance of equipment and systems listed above.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and determined approach to achieving project goals.
