Senior Graphic Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Create Digital Assets: Design high-quality graphics for Cogneesols website, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and other online needs.
• Support Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports overall brand messaging.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Cogneesols visual identity, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.
• Manage Projects: Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, keeping organized and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Video & Animation (Good to have): If experienced, create simple animations, GIFs, or short promotional videos for social media and web use.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools relevant to digital marketing.
  
  

• Education: Bachelors degree
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing assets.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially examples created for web and social media.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  
  

• Video/Animation: Experience with Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Web: Basic knowledge of how WordPress, HTML/CSS works
• Other Tools: Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools.
