Chief Digital Officer

Our client is a large Saudi-based group operating across multiple sectors, with digital transformation positioned as a core strategic pillar. The organisation is moving from fragmented systems toward integrated, data-driven operations.

The Role

The Chief Digital Officer will lead the group’s digital vision, roadmap, and execution across all business units. This role will oversee digital platforms, data strategy, automation, and emerging technologies. A key mandate will be driving measurable business value from digital investments rather than technology for its own sake. The CDO will work closely with CEOs and functional leaders to redesign processes and customer journeys. This role will sponsor major transformation programs, including ERP, analytics, and AI-led initiatives. Board-level reporting and executive alignment will be central to the role.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior digital leadership experience within large, complex organisations. Strong exposure to enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital transformation is essential. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or comparable markets is highly preferred. The ideal profile combines strategic vision with execution discipline. Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills are mandatory. A background spanning both business and technology environments is highly advantageous.
