As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient airport experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes
• Assist with baggage check-in and handling
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
