In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all passengers and visitors at the airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle all inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information on flight schedules, airport facilities, and other relevant information to passengers
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and other transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Assist with lost and found items and help reunite them with their owners
• Handle any other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
