What You Will Be Doing
Create and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements
This position is within Managed services IntelliMatch, works on – Product Installation and reconciliation configuration
Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs
Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gather forms and data files from customers and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with the programming team
As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed
Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with clients to refine and confirm requirements and obtain formal customer acceptance of results
Customizes FIS software through the use of authoring tools to meet individual customer needs – solutions set, tables, etc
Throughout the project, it provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system
What You Bring
2 - 4 years Development experience of building ETD reconciliations (exchange, broker, intercompany) in IntelliMatch ETD
years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation)
3 - 5 years of strong database experience in SQL
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Good communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both internal and external parties
Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
Reconciliation knowledge
Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
Added bonus if you have
Knowledge of IntelliMatch NextGen is desirable
Scripting languages such as POWERSHELL, Windows Batch Scripting will be added advantage
SRE, CI/CD, DevOps knowledge will be added advantage
Working experience with Jira, ServiceNow will be useful
Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach
