Technical Lead - Production Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GitHub Copilot IT Service Management ASP.NET Core Python .Net Programming (VB .Net C# .Net) .Net Framework ADO.NET SQL and .Net Core. Experience in Transactions domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using ASP.NET Core .Net Framework and .Net Core technologies.
• Oversee the integration of GitHub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in .Net Programming (VB .Net C# .Net) and Python.
• Ensure the effective management of IT services and adherence to IT Service Management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and maintain robust and scalable applications.
• Utilize ADO.NET and SQL for database management and optimization.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Document technical specifications and project plans for reference and future use.

• Have a good understanding of the Transactions domain.
