Job Summary

Workday Integration. As a Technical Lead with expertise in Workday technologies you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing Workday solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday applications. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Workday solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of Workday Studio and Workday Reports optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workday applications with existing systems enhancing overall functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users ensuring effective utilization of Workday applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams by providing Workday solutions that streamline operations.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday technologies including Workday Studio and Workday Reports.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey technical information.
  • Have a good understanding of domain skills in Devices/SPM and Finance & Accounting.
  • Show proficiency in hybrid work models adapting to both in-office and remote work environments.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
