1. Oracle Fusion HCM Operations & Support
- Act as the primary SME for Oracle Fusion HCM across all modules.
- Manage end-to-end issue triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation.
- Monitor integrations, batch jobs, OIC, HDL, SFTP transfers, and system interfaces.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, user provisioning, and security governance.
- Ensure compliance with incident management SLAs and maintain high system availability.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and IT teams for system resolution.
- Maintain system health monitoring processes and proactively identify risks.
2. Stakeholder Management & Business Requirements Governance
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between HR Operations and HR Technology teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with HR process owners.
- Maintain and govern centralized requirements and enhancement trackers.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Ensure proper prioritization, approvals, and governance of all technology enhancement requests.
- Publish regular status reports on requirements, projects, and system enhancements.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely response to queries and requests.
3. Oracle Quarterly Release & Compliance Management
- Review Oracle quarterly release notes and assess business impact.
- Recommend feature adoption and opt-in/opt-out decisions.
- Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
- Manage pre- and post-instance refresh activities.
- Maintain Fusion SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits through timely provision of logs, reports, and evidence.
- Ensure maker-checker controls and documentation are audit-ready at all times.
- Update training materials and knowledge repositories following releases.
4. HR Process Analysis & Digital Transformation
- Analyze end-to-end HR processes including:
- Employee Onboarding
- Payroll Administration
- Leave Management
- Background Verification
- Employee Data Management
- Exit & Full and Final Settlement
- Compliance Processes
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis exercises.
- Identify bottlenecks, manual interventions, control gaps, and opportunities for automation.
- Drive system-driven improvements through workflow redesign, configuration changes, and integration enhancements.
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to identify pain points and innovative solutions.
- Quantify business improvements through productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time metrics.
5. AI, Automation & Agentic AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to automate HR operational processes.
- Develop AI solution assessments and business cases.
- Drive implementation of automation solutions using:
- Power Automate
- Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Digital workflows
- Conversational AI solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams on AI solution design and deployment.
- Evaluate and pilot Agentic AI use cases such as:
- Intelligent case routing
- Automated classification
- Predictive analytics
- Compliance monitoring
- Employee query automation
- Measure business impact of automation initiatives through effort savings and quality improvements.
- Build AI awareness and capability within HR Operations teams.
6. Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support
- Maintain enterprise-level HR reports and dashboards.
- Develop OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, and other analytical reporting solutions.
- Conduct periodic data audits and reconciliation exercises.
- Drive data accuracy and data governance initiatives.
- Publish management dashboards for HR leadership, business teams, and Finance.
- Develop actionable insights to improve HR performance and decision-making.
- Track HR operational metrics, SLA performance, compliance indicators, and process outcomes.
