Job Description:

1. Interface with business users to gather requirements and translate them into IT solution architecture.
2. Develop and modify standardized infrastructure solutions.
3. Make informed architectural decisions and drive implementations.
4. Design infrastructure blueprints and related documentation.
5. Be hands-on during implementations when required.

Must-Have Skills:

• Azure: IaaS, PaaS (SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Apps, etc.)
• VMware and Windows: Deployment and configuration
• Azure Networking: Firewalls, gateways, load balancers, SD-WAN

Good to Have:

• Storage: Dell Unity and PowerStore
• File Services: CTERA, Windows DFS
• Backup: Azure & Veeam
• Networking: Strong on-premises experience, especially with Cisco
• Tools: ITSM & monitoring tools, service management processes (IM, PM, CM)
• Added Advantage: Exposure to digital workplace solutions like O365
