Job Title: Senior Content Developer

Content Creation: Develop high-quality training content and modules based on client briefs and instructional design (ID) sheets

Visual Storytelling: Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with brand and learning objectives

Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leader and other developers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and instructional effectiveness

Quality Assurance: Review and revise content to ensure clarity, correctness, and alignment with client expectations

Adaptability: Modify content based on feedback from internal reviews and client inputs

Learning Design: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to enhance learner engagement

Project Support: Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects

Versatility: Can works across product launch, sales & aftersales process and soft skill module development

The Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Understanding of L&D ecosystem

2+ years of experience in content development

Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a good eye for visual storytelling

Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Passion for automobiles, candidates with experience of working with automotive clients or technical content will get a strong advantage
