SAP PPDS Consultant

Work you’ll do

• Strong Knowledge of PPDS Master data- Product, Location, resources, PDS, Transportation lanes, Model, Version AND
• Strong knowledge if transaction data like Planned order/Production orders STR/STO, and their relationships- Pegging.
• Strong Knowledge of Planning engines- Heuristics and Optimizer.
• Strong Knowledge of Setup optimizer, Block Planning, Campaign Planning.
• Strong knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes ( Make to Stock, Make to Order) and mapping in PPDS.
• Experience with Shop Floor control, MRP, VC BOM/routing, POs/STOs set-up, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management and Quality Management.
• Experience in configuring Integration model, CIF error handling and resolution.
• Integration with other planning solution i.e. APO-DP-SNP, IBP and modules like PP, SD, MM.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree is required
• 3-10 years of industry experience
• Strong Knowledge of PPDS Master data- Product, Location, resources, PDS, Transportation lanes, Model, Version AND
• Strong knowledge if transaction data like Planned order/Production orders STR/STO, and their relationships- Pegging.
• Strong Knowledge of Planning engines- Heuristics and Optimizer.
• Strong Knowledge of Setup optimizer, Block Planning, Campaign Planning.
