Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer with one of our BigTech Healthcare client with expertise in Software Engineering and Build Engineering to drive design, development, and optimization of critical software systems while managing build and deployment processes.

Software Engineering Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development using C++, C#, and .NET
• Oversee low-level component integration using COM and ActiveX
• Architect real-time, multi-threaded event-driven systems
• Build robust solutions using Windows Internals knowledge
• Mentor development teams on best practices
• Drive modern development methodologies adoption
• Optimize software for performance and scalability
• Identify and resolve software bottlenecks
  
  

• Create build/release automation pipelines using Makefile, InstallShield
• Own build and deployment processes
• Manage Perforce version control
• Establish CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot build/release issues
• Collaborate on build system integration
• Optimize build performance
• Mentor junior engineers
