Your Key Responsibilities

Working to align with safety culture

Balancing the work life by caring the technical stuff with supporting technician staffs.

Learn the process with depth of understanding to get the overview of controls & automation logic

Undertake the maintenance activities as per IATF Process.

Diagnosing of faults .

Expertise in understanding/reading control drawings/ PLC Program.

Refurbishment of the equipment

Supervising Associate engineering and technical staff

Knowledge Of TPM And Past Experience Will Be Preferred

Supporting production team for autonomous maintenance

Creating maintenance procedures

Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment

Supporting the spare part management activities

Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas

Beckhoff , Siemens PLC highly competent Knowledge expected

EPSON, KUKA, ABB, Stabuli,UR Robots knowledge expected

Expertise in PLC and PLC Programming(Siemens, Beckhoff & Allen Bradley Preferred)

Field Wiring Knowledge

Able to find major bugs of Programming & run the line with smooth functions.

Proficient with PLC/Drive softwares

Ables to handle all PLC Softwares (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley etc.)

Able to handle other supporting softwares like special purpose softwares applications.

Your Qualifications

BE / Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation

5 to 18 years of professional experience.
