Role Profile: Power BI Developer (Low-Code Platform Specialist)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power Platform tools—Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with a strong focus on low-code development. A candidate at a Solution Architect level with a low-code specialization will be highly preferred. This role will be pivotal in developing scalable business applications and analytics solutions, with close integration across Microsoft services and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design, build, and deploy low-code applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver functional, efficient solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources including SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize performance and usability of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices on Power Platform implementations.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancements of deployed apps and flows.
  
  

• Power BI – Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
• Power Apps – Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse.
• Power Automate – Cloud flows, integration with connectors.
  
  

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
• Exposure to Databricks or other modern data platforms.
• Understanding of security models within the Power Platform (role-based access, environment management).
  
  

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are a plus.
