We are looking for job title : Service Process Architect
You’ll create impact by
- Lead end-to-end process architecture for Global Connectivity Services, creating a cohesive, efficient landscape without organisational silos.
- Design data-centric workflows built on high-quality, structured information across Local Connectivity services.
- Enable automation and AI readiness by applying a Digital First approach to process design.
- Define and maintain robust data structures for service elements, including LAN-ID and Location IDs.
- Align service strategy with execution by embedding process logic within reporting and the CMDB.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and diverse stakeholders across the global multi-provider ecosystem.
- Drive digitalisation and standardisation of global LAN services through Project RISE.
- Shape the global LAN services roadmap while independently steering process and data improvements.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Apply strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks to design complex, interconnected IT service processes.
- Translate complex connectivity requirements into clear, logical and automated process steps.
- Design structured data models that support reliable service processes, automation and AI readiness.
- Demonstrate experience in Network Services, Local Connectivity or Service Integration within multi-provider environments.
- Connect process architecture, reporting and CMDB requirements across service strategy and operational delivery.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and independently lead topics on behalf of the service.
- Bring an analytical, proactive approach to process improvement, digitalisation and global standardisation.
