Lead - SAP-

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead for its SAP Planning – Delivery team. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of supply planning and order‑based planning (OBP) initiatives, from solution design and configuration to deployment, testing, and post‑go‑live support, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP IBP Supply Planning and OBP models aligned with business requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including blueprinting, development, testing, and rollout.
• Integrate IBP solutions with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain master data, demand, and supply planning processes within IBP.
• Provide technical and functional support to resolve production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define planning strategies and KPIs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and junior consultants.
• Create and maintain documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and SOPs.
• Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
• Deep expertise in Supply Planning and Order‑Based Planning (OBP) concepts.
• Hands‑on experience integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Proven track record of delivering full‑life‑cycle IBP implementations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP) preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of consultants/analysts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
