LOGISTICS ANALYST II

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced service levels. Your analytical insights will support decision-making and help maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation projects at HON factories and distribution centers.
• Act as liaison between Honeywell Logistics and SAP IT
• Lead SAP to 3PL WMS integration projects
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Support the optimization of transportation routes, inventory levels, and warehousing processes.
• Your role will also include overseeing, supervising, and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in logistics analysis or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
