Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Lead change management initiatives to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks and documentation, ensuring compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into IT service processes.
• Utilize hands-on experience in AI/ML and Python to design and implement innovative service improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT operations by applying AI-driven insights.
• Maintain strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Management
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security principles, frameworks, and compliance
• Expertise in AI technologies with practical exposure to ML and Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
• Ability to drive innovation and service excellence using AI

Education: Bachelors Degree in related field
