This is a permanent role wit a Valued client of Maynor Consulting.

Were on a mission to transform the construction industry through modern, tech-first solutions — and we’re looking for a talented Hybrid Mobile App Developer to help us do it.

As part of our growing engineering team, you’ll design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Ionic. You’ll develop features tailored to real-world construction use cases and ensure seamless experiences across both Android and iOS platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, or Ionic
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric features
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices
• Troubleshoot bugs and bottlenecks to deliver smooth user experiences
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and development best practices
• Stay on top of trends in mobile development, especially those relevant to construction tech
• Manage tasks independently and handle multiple ongoing projects
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience building hybrid mobile apps for both iOS and Android
• Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, or Ionic
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and using Firebase, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Gradle, and publishing via App Store, Play Store, or TestFlight
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Bonus: Exposure to construction or field-based software applications
