About the Role:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and driven ETL & BI Testing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, youll be responsible for validating complex data processes, ensuring data accuracy across ETL pipelines, and driving excellence in Business Intelligence testing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform backend testing on complex ETL workflows and data warehouse systems.
• Validate BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data consistency and business logic accuracy.
• Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to support testing needs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document data issues within large datasets.
• Utilize tools like JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
  

• Strong expertise in SQL, with the ability to write and analyze complex queries.
• Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing and BI reporting validation.
• Experience testing reports built with Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity with database systems such as Vertica, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Proficient in using test and defect management tools, especially JIRA.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
