We are seeking experienced Azure Data Engineers with hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundryto architect, build, and optimize large-scale data integration pipelines and analytical models for enterprise-scale deployments.
Core Responsibilities:
Azure Data Engineering:
Design and develop robust data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and PySpark.
Implement scalable ETL solutions leveraging Python and SQL for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
Build and maintain data models and workflows within a modern Azure data stack environment.
Drive automation and orchestration of data pipelines, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Palantir Foundry Platform:
Design and develop data integration workflows, connecting to multiple source types and managing data pipelines using Python transforms, Foundry code repositories, and metadata-driven architecture.
Implement model integration workflows including logic modeling, templated reports, and operational analytics using Foundry?s platform tools.
Configure and manage Ontology Manager, defining object types, object views, user actions, business functions, and permissions to structure enterprise-wide data semantics.
Build custom Foundry applications using Workshop, writeback pipelines, and advanced actions to drive operational decision-making.
Implement data security and governance frameworks using Foundry?s Data Foundation and AIP (Access and Identity Permissions), including restricted access and view controls.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate across data, engineering, and product teams to implement analytical use cases using Foundry?s platform modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to present technical solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in Azure data engineering, including hands-on work with Python, SQL, PySpark, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
Proven experience with Palantir Foundry, including data integration, model building, and application development.
Deep understanding of Foundry?s ontology-based data modeling, security frameworks, and application modules.
Strong understanding of data governance, access control, and operational analytics within enterprise data environments.
Ability to work in agile development teams, contribute to design discussions, and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
