We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of agents, and developing strategies to achieve company targets. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical practices.
