We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by creating essential documentation, designing user onboarding experiences, and supporting the IAIO team in various organizational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Experience Design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design an engaging and effective onboarding experience for our software product tailored to different user profiles.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within operations and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
- Develop and document process models, workflows, and use cases.
- Technical Documentation for Delivery team
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including end-users, product managers, and other relevant parties
- Standardize taxonomy, mappings and metrics ensuring the product aligns with needs of variety of stakeholders
- Onboarding and Training Documentation for users
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including playbooks, newsletters, release notes, and presentations to support operational processes and projects.
- Create training materials and resources that facilitate a seamless transition for new users.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field with at least 3+ years work experience; or Master’s degree in relevant field, with 2+ years work experience
Skillset
Candidates must have -
- Experience in business analysis, documentation, or operational support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to priorities.
- Tech-savvy, understand technical terminologies
Candidates are desired but not mandatory to have -
Familiarity with project management tools
