Job Purpose

  • To Co-Ordinate, Handle and to ensure compliant subscriber base as per Regulatory Norms for All LOBs. As a cluster Compliance & regulatory SPOC, one has to Ensure timely & accurate Reporting to Corporate/Circle ; Process Correction /Process enhancement/ NC Closure and to Adherence National audit calendar for all LOBs of CS


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Ensuring timely submission and accuracy of all regulatory reports before submission.
  • *To ensure acurate TERM Data & Reports before submission
  • *ADHOC Reports/Data/CAF/Document requirements from LSA Nodal
  • *To Facilitate timely submission of ATR
  • *To Ensure Timely Submission of Data for UCC/DLT/TSP Blacklisting
  • Ensure all NC raised are closed within specified timeframe as per the NC categorization.
  • *Regular interlock with LSA Nodal/CS SPOC
  • *LSA TERM Audits: Co-ordination for Enterprise
  • *Timely action and ATR submission for LSA TERM Audits
  • *LEA/DIU/IMEI Blacklisting ATR Co-Ordination (Timely Action & Submission to ensure compliance)
  • *UCC/TSP Blacklisting/DLT Process co-ordination and to ensure timley ATR
  • To identify the opportunity for automation/process improvement to reduce cost and improve processes for better customer experience
  • To be 100% Compliant in dashboard
  • *To handle enterprise VTM Audit / Special Audits / DIU Cases etc with close co-ordination of Cluste Nodal and CS Team
  • To conduct audit of processes shared by Corporate in National Audit Calendar within specified timeframe.
  • TERM
  • * Monthly TERM complaince including adhoc TERM audits for all LOBs
  • * Compliance to all the interventions by DoT/TRAI to quality of subscriber verification such as Sanchar Sarthi/ASTR/Industry Bulk/NCRP/LEA referred (DIU)
  • 1.Proactive Corrections- POS, Base Clean UP, Data base & Systemic Corrections. Proactive CAF re-push
  • 2.Internal Team audit Compliance & finding (Internal Audit + Internal quality audits) 99%+
  • Trainting & Quality
  • a) Timely Feedback and Traing to Field Operation team for Reported Non Compliance wrt TERM Audits/Special Audits
  • b) To Organize minimum Training Sessions for Circle/VIBS Team - TTT
  • Customer Effortless Experience.
  • Constantly improve Onboarding experience .
  • Atleast 2 best practice/project per qtr to improve customer onboarding experience & regulatory compliance


Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Excellent analytical skills to Improve process/product wrt Regulatory guidelines
  • Good coordination & Influencing skills
  • 7+ years of work experience telecom domain


Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Graduate with experience in various roles of CLCM operations and Resolution
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Excel/Preferred Knowledge of MS Access
  • Vendor/Team Management
  • External Stake Holder management
