Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective implementation of the configuration management plan. - Collaborate with the Configuration Lead in designing software configuration and customization. - Assist in meeting business process design and application requirements. - Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in designing software configurations to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of customization techniques to enhance software functionality. - Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
