As our Electronic Engineer, you’ll play a key role in improving and supporting existing product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring product functionality meets the latest standards

You’ll collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, and take ownership of product validation, technical support, and design improvements, helping us move toward a more innovative and sustainable future

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct product maintenance and improvement (PMI) activities to ensure continuous enhancement of product performance and reliability.
  • Support validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental, to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive seamless execution of product improvements and cost optimization.
  • Use your skills in PCB design, circuit architecture, and microcontroller systems to analyze, optimize, and strengthen electronic designs.
  • Continuously learn and apply knowledge in obsolescence management and new technologies to future-proof designs.
  • Conduct analysis of analog and digital circuits, performing FMEA, stress, derating, worst-case, and tolerance analysis for robust design.
  • Support resolution of functional, application, and production issues while ensuring efficiency and sustainability.

What Were Looking For
  • Experience in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 4–8 years of relevant work, and a strong ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Proficiency in core engineering tools and technologies, with solid technical know-how and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work well as a team player, building strong networks and collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with good interpersonal abilities.
  • A mindset of problem-solving, persistence, openness, and continuous improvement
