We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong system design capability and deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem. This role requires ownership of complex modules, architectural decision-making, performance optimization, and technical mentorship. You will lead technical solutioning within a distributed SaaS architecture and drive engineering excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems
Drive architectural decisions within assigned domains
Apply advanced OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture principles
Design database schemas and optimize SQL performance
Lead API design and integration strategies
Review code and enforce engineering standards
Mentor junior engineers
Troubleshoot complex production issues
Participate in Agile planning and capacity estimation
Mandatory Skills & Experience
4–7 years of strong experience in C# and .NET (Core and Framework)
Advanced expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system performance
Deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
Strong SQL Server expertise including performance tuning and indexing strategies
Experience designing microservices-based systems
Strong understanding of REST API design principles
Experience with distributed systems and scalability patterns
Experience mentoring developers
Strong debugging and performance profiling capability
Experience working in Agile product environments
Good to Have
Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 or equivalent knowledge)
Experience with cloud-native design patterns
Exposure to DevOps pipelines and release management
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
Experience with legacy modernization (e.g., Delphi)
Healthcare or Revenue Cycle domain exposure
This onsite opportunity involves working 5 full days per week from our office in Kharadi, Pune
