ArcelorMittal is seeking a talented IT – Senior Engineer – Analyst Developer AMF with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The role involves analyzing user requirements, designing technical solutions, and developing programs using Mainframe, COBOL and DB2 technologies. The Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in COBOL and JCL programming for mainframe systems.
• Strong understanding of DB2 database concepts, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with PowerBuilder or J2E environment is an advantage
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
• Logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to document and maintain a knowledge base effectively.
• Processes and IT systems-oriented mindset.
• Experience with tools like CICS for online transaction processing.
• Familiarity with file management systems such as VSAM.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
