Job Description
He will be seeking a versatile, highly disciplined QC Executive (Shiftwise) with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, consistency, and process control throughout all stages of quality inspection.
Experience in laminate film, blown film, liquid packaging, and aseptic packaging QC testing is essential. The role demands a professional who is alert, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining production quality standards.
- Monitor shift activities, identify defects, take immediate corrective action, and escalate as required.
- Maintain daily shift reports, test logs, and rejection analysis.
- Conduct online and offline quality inspection at each shift across:
- Laminate films
- Blown poly films
- Lamination & pouching
- Liquid & aseptic packaging materials
- Perform lab testing with instruments such as:
- GSM Tester
- COF Tester
- Heat Seal Tester
- Bond/Peel Strength Tester
- Vacuum Leak Tester
- WVTR / OTR Testing (optional)
- Ensure strict compliance to SOPs, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and customer specs.
