Network Engineer

We are looking for an Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VMware ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
  

• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD synchronisation, and Exchange 2019.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VoIP systems.
  

• Monitor server, network, firewall, storage, and backup health.
  

• Perform backups, restore testing, patching, and disaster recovery support.
  

• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and joiner/leaver processes.
  

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
  

• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and service desk tickets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  

• 2–3 years of relevant IT support, system administration, or network administration experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, VMware ESXi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
  

• Familiarity with backups, SAN/DAS storage, disaster recovery, SQL Server backups, and endpoint security.
  

• CCNA and MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certification preferred.
  

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
