Compliance & Incorporation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance & Incorporation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company incorporations, corporate compliance, and regulatory documentation while ensuring adherence to applicable legal and statutory requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of corporate compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company incorporation, registration, and corporate restructuring processes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with FBR, SECP and other relevant regulatory authorities by preparing, submitting, and maintaining statutory filings and records.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain legal, corporate, and compliance documentation, including Saudi Embassy documentation, attestations, and official correspondence.
  • Liaise with the Saudi Embassy and regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory deadlines, legislative updates, and statutory obligations to ensure ongoing corporate compliance.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of company information.
  • Identify compliance risks and support the implementation of effective regulatory and legal compliance practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate compliance, company incorporation, legal documentation, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate laws, company registration procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience working with the Saudi Embassy, FBR, and other relevant government or regulatory authorities.
  • Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance frameworks, and basic accounting principles related to statutory filingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Availability to work Saudi business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM KSA Time).
