Admin Analyst

Murkez Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Analyst to support administrative and operational functions for a network of gas stations and retail stores across the United States. This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, efficient backend operations, and seamless communication with U.S.-based stakeholders while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
  
• Reconcile POS data with backend systems and identify discrepancies.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards to track performance and key metrics.
  

Administrative Support

• Assist in vendor coordination, invoice processing, and documentation management.
  
• Track compliance metrics and ensure timely submission of required forms.
  
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  

Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with U.S.-based store managers and vendors through email and calls.
  
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders for operational activities.
  
• Support audits and inspections by preparing and organizing required documentation.
  

Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in administrative and reporting workflows and recommend improvements.
  
• Assist in the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance data management and operational efficiency.
  

Operational Excellence

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all administrative and reporting tasks.
  
• Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 0.5-1 year of experience in administrative or analytical roles.
  
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  
• Experience with POS systems, inventory software, or ERP tools is a plus.
