Insurity’s NextSupport Operations Representative
Do you take pleasure in troubleshooting billing and system issues and finding creative solutions to address problems? Our Support Operations team member will dedicate time to researching and fixing issues with our billing software.
What Our Support Operations Representative Will Do
Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional
Research, update, and clear exception items on internal and external programs
Ensure check files are transmitted appropriately
Complete assigned daily task work
Support accounting team with daily tasks
Partner with external partners and functional teams as appropriate
Participate in projects, as needed
Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
