Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace Management and Listing Specialist to run the day to day operations of our D2C ecommerce clients across Indian marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and Tata Cliq, along with quick commerce platforms such as Zepto and others. This is a hands-on, back end execution role for someone who knows Seller and Vendor Central well, builds clean, optimised listings, and keeps catalogs, inventory, and pricing healthy across multiple brands. You will work with our internal account and team leads, and will not communicate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Listing and Catalog Management:

• Create, upload, and optimise product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq, and quick commerce platforms.
• Write and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for marketplace search, and build A+ and enhanced content and brand stores.
• Maintain catalog accuracy, variations, images, and category and attribute mapping across platforms.
  
  

• Manage Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including onboarding, brand registry, and account health.
• Track inventory, stock availability, and pricing across marketplaces, and coordinate replenishment with clients and warehouses.
• Handle order, return, claim, and reimbursement processes, and resolve listing, suppression, and compliance issues.
• Use tools such as Unicommerce, Browntape, or similar for multi channel operations where relevant.
  
  

• Monitor buy box, ratings and reviews, and search rank, and take action to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and execute participation in marketplace sale events such as Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, and EORS.
• Identify growth opportunities across new marketplaces, categories, and quick commerce platforms.
  
  

• Track marketplace sales, listing health, and key metrics, and share clear reports and recommendations with the internal account and team leads.
• Coordinate with the advertising, creative, and account management teams to align listings with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  
  

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on marketplace management experience, managing brand accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, or Tata Cliq. This is mandatory.
• Hands-on with Seller Central and Vendor Central, listing creation and optimisation, cataloging, and inventory and pricing operations.
• Experience with quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, or Swiggy Instamart is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with marketplace operations tools such as Unicommerce or Browntape is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with spreadsheets, and the ability to manage multiple brands in parallel.
• Experience working with D2C ecommerce brands, or agencies that service D2C ecommerce brands, is preferred.
• Good coordination skills for working with internal teams. This is a back end execution role with no direct client interaction, and is a pan-India, work from home role.
