Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace and Quick Commerce Advertising Specialist to run and scale paid advertising for our D2C ecommerce clients across marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and Tata Cliq, and quick commerce platforms such as Zepto and others. This is a hands-on, back end performance role for someone who lives in retail media, obsesses over ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS, and can turn ad spend into profitable, incremental sales. You will work with our internal account and team leads, and will not communicate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Setup:

• Plan and build advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display), Flipkart Ads (PLA and FAA), Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and quick commerce ad platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Develop channel and account level strategies aligned with each brand's growth and profitability targets.
  
  

• Own day to day campaign management, including keyword research and bidding, targeting, budget pacing, negative targeting, and A/B testing.
• Optimise campaigns for ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR, and scale spend profitably.
• Manage quick commerce ad formats and placements, and adapt to each platform's evolving ad products.
  
  

• Track and report on ad performance, share of voice, and impact on overall marketplace sales, with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Use marketplace ad consoles and reporting tools, along with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar where relevant.
• Analyse search term reports, keyword and category trends, and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
  
  

• Work with the marketplace management and creative teams to align ads with listings, content, and inventory.
• Share ad performance, plans, and results with the internal account and team leads.
  
  

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience running advertising on marketplaces, especially Amazon Ads, and ideally Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, or Tata Cliq. This is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with quick commerce advertising on Zepto, Blinkit, or Swiggy Instamart is a strong plus, and a willingness to own it is essential.
• Strong command of marketplace ad metrics, including ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and budget management.
• Comfortable with keyword research, bidding strategies, and search term and campaign analysis.
• This is retail media, not generic Meta or Google performance marketing. Marketplace and quick commerce ad experience is what matters here.
• Experience with D2C ecommerce brands, or agencies that service D2C ecommerce brands, is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple brands in parallel and coordinate with internal teams. This is a back end execution role with no direct client interaction, and is a pan-India, work from home role.
