Job Description

We are seeking a competent writer/editor with expertise in creating B2B-focused content and communication strategy, and producing high-quality, error-free print-ready marketing collaterals, website content, social media content, video scripts, email marketing content, and more. The potential candidate must be a good writer who can do secondary research and turn technical and business content into engaging communication material. Should be familiar with the B2B enterprise financial technology domain. Familiarity with marketing technology domains will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive, full-funnel content marketing strategy and a production calendar focused on C-level business audiences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Sales etc.) to create various types of marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, e-books, whitepapers, landing pages, press releases, and more.
  • Conducting secondary research and ideating to produce engaging digital content assets such as blog posts, video scripts, infographics, cold emails, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Repurposing existing content and creating new ideas to drive traffic, engagement, and business leads.
  • Implementing SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic traffic.
  • Taking full ownership of content production and assisting team members with other written materials as needed.
  • Coordinating media outreach and communication requirements for events from time to time.
  • Managing freelance writers when required





Requirements

Key skills required for the role:
  • 8+ years of experience in content writing or marketing communication, preferably in the B2B financial technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of which platform is best suited for different types of content.
  • Proficiency in conducting secondary research in B2B financial technology domain.
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a good understanding of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in online community building.
  • Expertise in AP Stylebook (or any other international style guide) will be an added advantage
