Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letter, experience letter etc.)
Handle basic HR operations (maintaining and employee data handling.)
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
