Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in building a strong workplace culture in a fast-paced technology environment.
Requirements And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR in the tech industry
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR tools and job portals
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Onboarding & Offboarding
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and related HR documents
Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
Assist in implementing recognition programs and internal communications
Conduct employee feedback and pulse surveys
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
Manage attendance and leave tracking
Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed consistently
Performance & Compliance
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Support policy drafting and updates as needed
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with department leads for workforce planning
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Coordinate with finance for payroll and benefits processing
Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, experience letters, and internal communications
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and benefits administration
