Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, contributing to the overall success of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes. - Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and process performance. - Experience in process mapping and redesign methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
