Assistant Manager – BOP Execution – Retail (Genset)

Function: Regional Retail 

Locations: Noida / Kolkata / Hyderabad

Experience: 8–12 Years

Role Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of BOP activities for retail DG projects, ensuring timely installation, quality compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of BOP activities for DG/Genset projects across the region.
• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Service, Vendors, and Customers for seamless project execution.
• Monitor installation progress, commissioning timelines, and site readiness.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project quality.
• Handle contractor/vendor coordination, billing verification, and project closure documentation.
• Drive timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in DG/Genset, EPC, Electrical, or Industrial Project Execution.
• Strong understanding of BOP execution, site management, and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
