Senior Audio-Visual (AV) Service Engineer — Senior Field Engineer (Level 3)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in audio-visual (AV) service operations, including field support, helpdesk coordination, and client servicing in the National Capital Region (NCR). Candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience are preferred. Experience servicing enterprise/MNC clients is an advantage.

Qualification: 3-year Diploma or Bachelors degree (BE/B.Tech) preferred in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Computer Science.

Certifications: AVIXA or OEM certifications such as Crestron, Cisco (video conferencing and related), switching, Wireless LAN, LG, Samsung, Poly are desirable.

Communication: English and Hindi (native level preferred).

Location: Noida

Workdays & Timing: 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Travel: Travel as required; candidate must have personal conveyance (bike/car).

Software Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills: charts, filters, sorting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
  
  

• Lead a team of 4-10 field and resident customer service engineers, service
  
  

• Will be responsible to achieve highest customer satisfaction by meeting and
  
  

• Maintain records of spares, service reports, and inventory consumption.
• Support in site surveys, preparing BOQs for client requirements, and minor
  
  

• Liaise with clients for feedback, AMC renewals, and service-related updates.
• Report to AV Service Manager / VP Business.
• Must have prior experience in handling VC solutions, digital signage systems,
  
  

• Must have basic programming (C++) skills
