Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will oversee the automation testing processes within the team. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that testing strategies are effectively implemented, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding team members in their tasks. You will also be responsible for analyzing test results and providing insights to enhance the overall quality of the software products being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test automation. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium and JUnit. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
