Provide general administrative support including handling emails, filing, and organizing claim-related materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the claims database.
Assist with bill processing, documentation production, and data entry.
Use the Claims System for inquiries and to generate correspondence.
Resolve routine administrative inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Proofread and edit materials to uphold accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in managing sensitive information.
