We are looking for an experienced and organized Cloud OEM Portal & GTM Manager to manage and operationalize partner portals and programs across AWS and key strategic OEM alliances. This role will drive the effectiveness of deal registrations, funding submissions, compliance governance, and GTM execution, ensuring seamless alignment between OEM objectives and internal sales/marketing motions.
You will act as the central SPOC for portal operations, GTM orchestration, and program governance across multiple OEMs, ensuring timely submissions, approvals, and ROI from each partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
AWS/OEM Portal & Operational Management
Own day-to-day management of AWS Partner portals including ACE, APN, CO-Sell Dashboard, and Partner Funding Portals
Manage opportunity lifecycle in ACE: lead ingestion, opportunity tagging, submission, approval tracking, and win reporting
Upload and track MAP deals, ensuring compliance with AWS tagging and assessment documentation
Govern quarterly reporting and closure documentation for MAP, MAP Lite, and MMP-funded opportunities
Other OEMs: Manage PartnerHub for deal registrations, incentive tracking, and Sales Plays
GTM Strategy & Execution with AWS
Collaborate with AWS, Marketing Managers, and internal Sales/Marketing to build and execute joint GTM campaigns
Plan and execute AWS-supported activities: roundtables, webinars, solution launches, digital campaigns, and customer events
Own co-branded content creation, solution listing updates on AWS Marketplace/Partner Solutions Finder
Track campaign performance metrics, ROI, and pipeline conversion via ACE and internal CRM tools
Stakeholder Enablement & Internal Coordination
Regularly update internal sales teams on portal hygiene, opportunity tagging, and program changes
Conduct trainings on AWS opportunity registration, funding utilization, and new program rollouts
Serve as the liaison between OEM field teams and internal presales/sales for opportunity orchestration
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure alignment with AWS compliance requirements for deal submissions, tagging, and funding utilization
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all AWS-funded engagements and campaigns
Submit quarterly reviews and status reports to both AWS and internal leadership on GTM outcomes and fund utilization
Key Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in AWS Alliance Operations, Cloud GTM, or OEM Portal Management
Strong working knowledge of AWS partner programs (APN, MAP, ACE Pipeline Manager, OLA, MMP workflows)
Hands-on experience managing AWS co-sell motions and GTM campaigns
Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and AWS field personnel
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce/CRM tools, and AWS portal navigation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Cloud Technology, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
