As a Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of the social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent content, strong audience engagement, and steady growth. You will work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams to plan and execute reels, posts, stories, shorts, and other digital content.

The role requires a strong understanding of aesthetic and dermatology treatments, consumer behaviour, social media trends, and competitor activity. You should be comfortable managing content calendars, coordinating creative production, engaging with audiences, and using performance insights to improve social media strategy.

• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Community.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars with approximately 30 posts per month.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce Reels, posts, stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan and publish daily stories while maintaining consistent brand communication.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions.
• Develop engaging content around skin, hair, laser, aesthetic, and dermatology treatments.
• Research competitors and monitor social media strategies, content formats, and industry trends.
• Track social media performance and identify opportunities for audience and engagement growth.
• Prepare monthly social media growth, engagement, and insights reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns and content.
• Stay updated on emerging social media formats, trends, tools, and content strategies.
• Ensure all communication maintains a professional, informative, and trustworthy tone appropriate for the aesthetics and dermatology industry.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or cosmetic brands.
• Proven experience working with skin, cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics.
• Strong understanding of treatments such as laser treatments, Hydrafacial, Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, hair treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
• Excellent content planning, creative coordination, and social media management skills.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement, community management, and social media growth.
• Good knowledge of competitor research and digital marketing trends within the beauty and wellness space.
• Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple social media channels and deliver content consistently.
• Strong creative sense with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and meeting monthly content requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida and attend the office 1–2 days per week.
• Own laptop and reliable access to the tools required for social media management and content coordination.
