Job Description

A Social Media Manager plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining the public image of a brand through its online presence. As the digital face of the company, the Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to engage and grow the digital community. This role involves crafting compelling posts, engaging with followers, analyzing trends, and implementing innovative strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to translate brand messages into engaging graphic and text content. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content including images and videos.
  • Maintain and manage all social media accounts in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor analytics to derive insights and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages.
  • Stay updated with current trends and tools in social media marketing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Design and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to meet targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends and audience preferences.
  • Generate ideas and suggest new and innovative ways to increase online presence.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channel dynamics.
