Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
