The Senior Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Report on business development activities, results, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s brand.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and pipelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
