As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a warm welcome and professional greeting to everyone who visits. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring courteous communication.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and professionally organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
  • Handle inquiries with discretion and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations daily.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and promptly.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and sensitive organizational documents.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory with a proactive approach.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as requested.
  • Ensure company protocols and security procedures are adhered to consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment usage.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail needed for success.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is highly desirable.
